attracting young talent

To help Lantmännen Unibake attract young talent and strengthen its employer brand, we developed a compelling employer branding and awareness campaign. The campaign showcased opportunities ranging from graduate programs to student jobs, positioning the company as an appealing workplace for young professionals.

At the heart of the campaign was a series of high-production-value hero videos, supported by cutdowns and tactical assets. To enhance engagement at student fairs, we also developed a physical toolbox with branded materials.

The creative concept focused on authentic storytelling, capturing young employees' experiences from a personal perspective using a point-of-view photography style. By avoiding rigid job titles, we ensured that a diverse range of young people could see themselves in the roles, making the campaign more relatable and inclusive.
