The Swedish healthcare company Mölnlycke changed their digital collaboration platforms and wanted to motivate the employees across the world, languages and cultures to try and use all the new possibilities to meet and work together online. The campaign runs on Mölnlyckes own internal communication channels as banners, movies, articles and tutorials.

The visual expression is based on photos of real Mölnlycke employees and a graphic “molecule” design concept showing the many benefits of the new collaboration portal.
